I joined Fisherton Dental Care in June 2018, having previously worked in the Salisbury area for several years. I enjoy working with such a friendly, professional team and treating both NHS and private patients. I have a wealth of experience in patient care and treatments, having graduated from Manchester University in 1987 and worked ever since. I keep up to date with the latest developments in Dentistry having undertaken a wide range of courses.

I look forward to welcoming patients of all ages to our Practice and providing high quality general dental care.

Nitanshi joined our practice in January 2021 and she brings with her 6 years’ experience in all the aspects of general dentistry with her special interest in Periodontology.  She is an enthusiastic and passionate dental therapist and strives to deliver high standards of quality care through teamwork and trusting relationships.

Nitanshi believes in upgrading her skills and knowledge in order to provide the best care to her patients. She enjoys all aspects of her practice and is keen to support and motivate.

She enjoys participating in sports, outdoor activities, cooking and singing.

Fallon joined the practice in 2018  following the completion of her Bachelors degree in fine art. She has recently completed her year long training and has now qualified as a Dental Nurse. She is looking forward to undergoing further postgraduate courses to improve her skills and take on more responsibilities.  She is our IT expert and a trouble shooter if the computers start misbehaving. She is a  quick learner and always motivated to excel in what she does.

In her free time she enjoys going on days out with her husband.

Lesley has been with the practice for the past 22 years. She is a qualified dental nurse with extensive experience. She is trained in implant nursing and has also completed her certification for impression making. Lesley is a key member of the team and is extremely friendly. She makes sure all the patients are at ease and is very good with nervous patients. She also gives oral hygiene advice to all the patients and makes sure they are motivated to keep a good level of oral hygiene.Lesley enjoys all aspects of her role within the practice as well as meeting new clients. She is looking to further her career with new courses.

Lesley dotes on her cat Twiggy and enjoys spending time with her nieces. She loves bowling, and watching Downton Abbey. She is creative, and is happy when gardening and doing DIY.

Michelle joined the team in 2013 and has enjoyed building up good relationships with both her colleagues and patients.  She is always ready to assist where possible and is keen to bring a friendly and reassuring atmosphere to your visit. She is a whiz in managing the diary and always helpful to the patients .

During her spare time she still enjoys general knowledge quizzes, in addition to puzzles and sudoku and her passion for music and film remains – her collection of both continues to expand.

Jo is a recent addition to the team and has been working as a Dental Practice Manager since 2019 within a Corporate dental group. Jo is a highly organized and experienced practice manager with thorough understanding of the CQC legislations. She has also worked as a Private Patient Manager for 8 Years within the NHS.  Jo has extensive knowledge, having worked in an ever changing environment with new Regulations and being a compliance lead in all aspects of dentistry. 

In her spare time Jo loves walking and spending time with her family.
