Neeraj qualified in 1998, and then completed his three-year full time Master’s Degree in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics in 2001. He then established his private practice, where he practiced general dentistry with special emphasis on cosmetic dentistry and endodontics for four years.

In 2009 he was awarded the MFDS by the Royal college of Physicians and Surgeons, Glasgow. He has also been awarded the MJDF by the Royal College of surgeons, England in 2011.

Neeraj has travelled to USA for advanced training in Cosmetic Dentistry, with one of the most recognized and respected Cosmetic Dentist team of Pascal and Michael Magne. He incorporates their biomimetic and minimally invasive approach to Cosmetic Dentistry, which gives very predictable and excellent results.

In his quest for newer skills and providing more treatment options to his patients, Neeraj completed his one-year multisystem implantology course from Harley Street in 2010 and has now been placing Dental Implants regularly since then . He has been awarded the Diploma in Implant Dentistry by the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh in 2012.

In 2015 he was made a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology (FICOI)

Due to his keen interest in implantology, Neeraj attends various postgraduate courses and conferences Nationally and internationally to enhance his skills. With almost 15 years experience in placing Dental Implants, Neeraj uses his skill and knowledge to take on complex cases including Sinus lifts and full jaw treatments with multiple dental implant placement. This Novel treatment allows patients with to get a full set of fixed teeth the same day. ( All on 4).

Orthodontics is a very important part of his multidisciplinary approach in smile designs and smile enhancement and he uses the Invisalign system as the first step towards a beautiful smile.

Neeraj has reached Invisalign Go Apex Elite status, which is the highest one can achieve. Almost 70% of these cases are completed within 6-9 months. This is because Invisalign Go allows him to achieve the goals of his treatment very quickly, efficiently and predictably.

Dr Sarita Shuklas

Dental Associate

BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)

Dr. Sarita Shukla is a GDC-registered dentist with over 17 years of international experience, having practiced in India, Dubai (U.A.E.), and the UK. Sarita has special interest in root canal treatment, veneers, crowns and bridges, full-mouth rehabilitations, and aesthetic smile transformations. Her refined approach ensures each treatment is tailored to enhance function, aesthetics, and long-term oral health, utilizing the latest advancements in modern dentistry. Her practice is built on trust and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring patients receive nothing less than the highest standard of care.

In her free time Sarita likes to cook, paint and listening to music. She is also an avid photographer .

Jeshina Rai

Hygienist Qualification: BSc (Hons) in Dental Hygiene University of Portsmouth 2023 National Certificate NEBDN 2011

University of Portsmouth in 2023. With a passion for enhancing oral health, she specialises in preventive care, including professional cleanings, periodontal assessments and treatments, and personalised oral hygiene guidance. She is dedicated to empowering patients through education, helping them achieve confident, healthy smiles.

Known for her gentle touch and friendly approachable demeanour, Jeshina ensures every patient feels at ease and well cared for during their dental visits.

Outside work, Jeshina loves travelling, staying active, and spending time with her family and friends.

Lesley Boxall

Lead Dental Nurse

Lesley has been with the practice for the past 26 years. She is a qualified Lead dental nurse with extensive experience. She is trained in implant nursing and has also completed her certification for impression making. Lesley is a key member of the team and is extremely friendly. She makes sure all the patients are at ease and is very good with nervous patients. She also gives oral hygiene advice to all the patients and makes sure they are motivated to keep a good level of oral hygiene. Lesley enjoys all aspects of her role within the practice as well as meeting new clients.

Lesley dotes on her cat Willow and enjoys spending time with her nieces. She loves bowling, and watching Downton Abbey. She is creative, and is happy when gardening and doing DIY.

Mamta Gurung

Dental Nurse

Mamta is a dedicated and enthusiastic qualified Dental nurse, having achieved her qualifications in may 2024. Originally from Nepal , Mamta joined Fisherton Dental in November 2024 and is thoroughly enjoying her role.

Known for her kind and friendly nature, Mamta also has a passion for cooking, loves to travel and is always eager to learn new things and connect with new people.

Jess

Trainee Dental Nurse

Jess joined the practice in 2023 and has been a popular addition to the team. She is currently studying for her exams and already shows great skill in assisting the clinicians. Jess is a great all-rounder, and when she is not nursing you will often find her helping on reception.

During her spare time, she enjoys long walks (her great love is her dog, Milo) and holidays. She is very family orientated and loves nothing more than spending time with them. When not at home, she enjoys catching up with friends.

Michelle

Receptionist and admin assistance

Michelle joined the team in 2013 and has enjoyed building up good relationships with both her colleagues and patients. She is always ready to assist where possible and is keen to bring a friendly and reassuring atmosphere to your visit. She is a whiz in managing the diary and always helpful to the patients .

During her spare time she still enjoys general knowledge quizzes, in addition to puzzles and sudoku and her passion for music and film remains – her collection of both continues to expand.
