Neeraj qualified in 1998, and then completed his three-year full time Masters Degree in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics in 2001. He then established his private practice, where he practiced general dentistry with special emphasis on cosmetic dentistry and endodontics for four years. In 2009 he was awarded the MFDS by the Royal college of Physicians and Surgeons, Glasgow. He has also been awarded the MJDF by the Royal College of surgeons, England in 2011.

In his quest for newer skills and providing more treatment options to his patients, Neeraj completed his one-year multisystem implantology course from Harley Street and is now placing DentalImplants regularly in the practice. Due to his keen interest in implantology, Neeraj attends various postgraduate courses and conferences to enhance his skills. He has also teamed up with a reputed oral surgeon to provide complex implant treatments and full mouth implant rehabilitations. He has been awarded the Diploma in Implant Dentistry by the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh.

Neeraj has travelled to USA for advanced training in Cosmetic Dentistry ,with one of the most recognized and respected Cosmetic Dentist team of Pascal and Michael Magne. He incorporates their biomimetic and minimally invasive approach to Cosmetic Dentistry, which gives very predictable and excellent results. Neeraj believes in providing excellent patient care with their active participation in the decision making process. He is extremely approachable and likes to share his knowledge and skills with his colleagues .

He is a member of: - International Team Of Implantology (ITI) - Association of Dental Implantology (ADI) - British Endodontic Society - Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, Glasgow - Royal College of Surgeons, England and Edinburgh.


Ashish qualified with a Bachelor's degree in Dentistry in 1997 with distinction. He was awarded a Gold medal for securing a first in Paediatric Dentistry and a Bronze medal overall for the class of 1997. He continued to be involved in national and international conferences and seminars and in 2007 he completed the postgraduate examinations of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Always a keen learner, Ashish continues to be involved in postgraduate training and is currently completing an MSc in Orthodontic practice.

Ashish has extensive clinical experience in Orthodontics and accepts referrals from his dental colleagues for the same. His vision is to help establish Fisherton Dental Care as a centre of excellence in Salisbury where only evidence based Orthodontics is practiced. To further this aim he collaborates with like-minded dentists and Orthodontists who share his passion for continued research and enquiry in the science of Orthodontics.

Ashish's extracurricular interests are varied. He is a keen gardener and grows different varieties of Roses ranging from hybrid teas to floribundas. He is currently experimenting with grafting different apple varieties on one tree. He also enjoys cycling and is an avid reader.

Lead Dental Nurse

Lesley has been with the practice for the past 16 years. She is a qualified dental nurse with extensive experience. She is trained in implant nursing and has also completed her certification for impression making. Lesley is a key member of the team and is extremely friendly. She makes sure all the patients are at ease and is very good with nervous patients. She also gives oral hygiene advice to all the patients and makes sure they are motivated to keep a good level of oral hygiene.Lesley enjoys all aspects of her role within the practice as well as meeting new clients. She is looking to furtherher career with new courses.

Lesley dotes on her cat Eric and enjoys spending time with her nieces. She loves bowling, and watching Downton Abbey. She is creative, and is happy when gardening and doing DIY.


Michelle is a newer addition to our team. For many years she has worked in admin and more recently with the public. This will ensure that you receive a warm welcome upon your arrival to the practice. She is looking forward to learning more about the treatment options available which will enable her to liaise with you depending on your individual needs.

Michelle spends her spare time with her family; she has two sons. They enjoy film and music, and have a fairly extensive collection of both. She also enjoys general knowledge quizzes.

Dental Nurse

Jenna is our new trainee dental nurse and has come from a retail management background, but wanted to broaden her horizons and work in dental care. Jenna has wanted to become a dental nurse since the age of 14 and has now been given a fantastic opportunity to do this. She wants to work towards becoming a qualified dental hygienist which is her life goal ambition. As a result of working in retail management Jenna has worked closely with people and gained a lot of confidence. Jenna is friendly, polite and has a bubbly personality.

Jenna loves baking and keeping active, she and her partner go for long walks and cycling most weekends. Jenna also likes retail therapy and is family orientated.


Harriet qualified as a Dental Hygiene Therapist from Barts and the London school of medicine and dentistry with a distinction in Dental Hygiene. She has worked within dentistry for 5 years and fully understands not all patients like dental treatment; therefore she takes a gentle approach with patients, building confidence and trust which helps put them at ease.

Harriet has a warm and friendly nature which assists greatly when building patient and clinician relationships. She finds this helps her provide excellent dental care to the high standards her patients deserve.

She is a very motivated and enthusiastic Dental Hygiene Therapist who is passionate about prevention and the treatment of gum disease. In her spare time she enjoys swimming, reading, going to the theatre and spending time with friends and family. She also enjoys keeping up to date with continual professional development by attending dental conferences and courses.
